Artisan Inspired Massage Therapy
With 17 years of experience as a massage therapist and more than 30 years immersed in the movement arts, Sarah brings a unique and deeply integrated perspective to her work—one that honors function, structure, form, movement, and the extraordinary capacity of the human body to heal.
Her extensive background in dance and lifelong love of movement have cultivated a refined awareness of the body: how it moves, compensates, adapts, and restores. This understanding has become the foundation of Sarah’s approach to bodywork, allowing her to look beyond symptoms and consider the body as an interconnected whole.
Sarah is passionate about anatomy, movement, and education, and is committed to helping people develop a deeper understanding of their bodies and the many ways they can support their own health and well-being. In her private practice, she works one-on-one with clients to create thoughtful, personalized sessions that honor each person's unique needs, goals, and experience.
As her practice has evolved, so has her specialized training. Sarah has completed her Manual Lymphatic Drainage Certification (MLD-C) as well as Advanced MLD—Management of Post Plastic Surgery Procedures (CPST) through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies. This advanced education has expanded her ability to support clients through specialized lymphatic care, including post-procedural and post-surgical recovery, while complementing her extensive background in therapeutic bodywork.
Sarah’s approach blends structural bodywork with intuitive and energetic techniques to create balanced, individualized sessions. Her work may incorporate deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, hot stone therapy, Trigger Point Therapy (TPT), Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), breathwork, movement awareness, and alignment-based bodywork. Through this integrative approach, she helps clients reduce pain and tension, improve function, support recovery, restore balance, and reconnect with their bodies.
Beyond her private practice, Sarah is dedicated to education and mentorship. She serves as an instructor of Kinesiology and Integrative Studies in the Massage Therapy Program at Rogue Community College, where she has the privilege of inspiring and educating the next generation of massage therapists. She also offers both online and in-person continuing education courses for licensed massage therapists throughout Oregon.
Whether working with a client on the massage table or mentoring future therapists in the classroom, Sarah’s goal remains the same: to create a safe, supportive, and educational environment where people can better understand their bodies and feel empowered with the knowledge, tools, and awareness to move through life with greater ease, resilience, and well-being.
For Sarah, bodywork is more than a profession—it is a lifelong exploration of movement, anatomy, healing, and connection.
