Each massage session is thoughtfully customized to meet your body's unique needs on the day of your appointment. Rather than offering add-ons, every treatment includes the techniques and modalities that will best support your wellness and recovery.
Your session may include:
Hot stone therapy
Trigger Point Therapy (TPT)
Swedish massage techniques
Deep tissue therapy
Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching
Comprehensive assessment and skilled palpation

As a gesture of appreciation, Seniors and Veterans receive 10% off all massage services.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To honor both your time and ours, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations and missed appointments (no-shows) are charged the full session fee.
